You need to choose "Advanced Post" when creating a post to have access to advanced formatting options.

The Advanced Post provides all common formatting options you're used to such as bold, italics, strikethrough, alignment, text size, text color, etc. does not currently support HTML text formatting, so you are currently limited to the options available in "Advanced Post."
