If you’d like to cut off contact from someone for any reason, you can block them by going to their profile or visiting your user settings.
Clover members you block won't be able to access your profile or see your post, unless you are a moderator in specific situations.
Once you've blocked someone, a few things will happen:
- Your profile and content will be hidden from the person you have blocked
- Blocked accounts will not be able to access your profile and your posts.
- Blocked accounts and their posts will be hidden
- You won't be able to access the profile of someone you have blocked and their posts won't show up in any of your feeds.
- Blocked accounts won't be able to directly interact with you
- This means you won't be able to reply or react to each other's posts or comments. You also won't be able to directly message or send each other chat requests.
- Group chats will be an exception
- Blocking someone won't kick them out of any group chats that you are both in at the time you block them. This means that if you're in a group chat with someone you've blocked, you can still see each other in that group chat.
- Blocking Admins works a little differently
- If you block an Admin, they will still be able to see your posts in the Circles they moderate.
